The ribbon isn’t on the document itself — it’s displayed by the PDF application (Adobe Acrobat 6 or higher) only after the application confirms that the signature is legitimate.
This blue ribbon certifies the integrity and the source of your document, and confirms that it’s an original copy authored by the working group members.
